Kent developed a thoughtful plan to improve the acoustical problems in our meeting room. What a success! The room is now usable and the panels blend into the ceiling and walls perfectly. Kent was extremely patience as we worked through the logistics (bureaucracy) at our end. Installation took less time than expected and the room was back in service in a day.
